Day 1: Kochi - Munnar (4 hrs)
Arrive at Kochi same days proceed to Munnar - 140 km approx. This hill station is known as 'Tea City'. On arrival, check-in to the pre-arranged hotel; rest of the day to spend as you please - either relaxing or exploring the Tea City. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Munnar
After breakfast, you can explore Munnar's tea plantations and take a scenic tour to the top station of Rajamalai, where you can watch Nilgiri Tahr (rare mountain goats) in their natural habitat. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Munnar - Thekkady (3 hrs)
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed for Thekkady. After a 90 km journey through the spectacular countryside, you will arrive at the hill station of Periyar (Thekkady). After checking in to your pre-arranged hotel, you can take a trip to the lake Periyar. In the afternoon you can visit the fragrant spices plantation and market. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Thekkady - Alleppey
After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (3 hrs) - Kerala Backwaters. Check-in to the hotel. Rest of the day is for enjoying the beauty of Backwaters. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Alleppey - Kovalam
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Kovalam (3 hrs). Arrive in Kovalam and later on proceed for Thiruvananthapuram sightseeing, covering the Padamanabh Swami temple and The Palace. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Kovalam - Kanyakumari - Kovalam
After breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari (2 hrs). On arrival proceed for local sightseeing, covering Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekanand Memorial and Cape Kanyakumari. Soon after, drive down to Kovalam. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Depart Thiruvananthapuram Station / Airport
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed to Thiruvananthapuram to board the train / flight for further destination. Tour is complete.

• Check In and Checkout time as per hotels rule.
• Early check in and late check out at additional cost as per subject to availability.
• Prices are based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
• Prices are based on basic rooms.
• Surcharge is applicable for a passenger traveling alone.
• 'Child Rate' applies to children, between the ages of 2 to 12 years.
• Prices for Non Indian Nationals are available on request.
• These rates are not applicable during any Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Trade-fairs and High Season.
• All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability.
• Amendment charges, cancellation charges will be applicable as per our terms & conditions.
• Any increase in the hotel tariffs, fuel charges or taxes, which may come into effect prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in the Tour Price. Any difference in the price will be payable by the client.
• There will be no Refund on unused service.
• The hotel names are given for guideline purpose. The confirmation could be in the same or an alternate hotel in a similar category, subject to availability.
• Rates are subject to change, without prior notice.

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• Full payment has to be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.
• For bookings less than 15 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.

• Documents would be issued 4 days prior to date of departure.

Booking Terms:

• All the booking request for the packages has to be sent us only in writing e-mail only: info@tailorfly.com
• Details Required For Confirmation of the booking:

• All passenger?s name list.( Name as per passport for international tourists)
• Total No of Persons along with adults sharing the rooms and child with/ without bed.
• Age, address, & gender of all guests.
• Date of Arrival and Departure to and from the chosen destination as per the itinerary.

• Advance payment of Rs.2,500/- per person in our bank account when you book the tour.
• Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request, a file no. will be sent to you, please note the same will be for future correspondence.
• Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 07 days prior to the date off departure along with confirmed arrival details, failing which it will be considered as canceled booking. For all booking which gets confirmed within 6 Days of the date of travel, 100% cancellation charge will be apply (i.e. No refund will be given) irrespective of the date when the query was first sent to Tailorfly.com or irrespective of time taken between the date of sending the first query and the date of final confirmation of the booking by the client to the Tailorfly.com.
• Confirmation Voucher: The client has to carry a "Confirmation Voucher" issued by the booking agent/operator and drawn in the name of ?Tailorfly.com?. Please send us the copy of the same at the time of reconfirmation.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Initial non-refundable booking deposit --- Rs.2,500/- per person.
• Full payment has to be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.
• For bookings less than 15 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation POLICY:

• If the client wishes to cancel his/ her hotel booking, the same must be intimated in writing to the office of the Company. Cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned below, from the date of receipt of intimation by the Company.
• If the booking is cancelled by the client:
• Thirty days or more prior to the date of departure of the tour, service fee of INR 2,500/- per person will be borne by the client and given to Tailorfly.com.
• Fifteen to Twenty Nine days prior to the date of departure of the tour, cancellation charges will be 50% of total hotel cost.
• Seven to Fourteen days prior to the date of departure of the tour, cancellation charges will be 75% of hotel cost.
• Six days or less prior to the date of departure of the tour or 'No Show' on the tour, cancellation charges will be 100% of total tour cost.
• Cancellation policies set by our Independent Contractors may at times supersede the above conditions, and as and when applicable will be intimated to the client.
• No refund will be made for the services unutilized unless it is duly agreed by the hotel and given in writing for such refund on its letterhead.
• Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here.
• These cancellation terms may not be applicable for services booked during special events / fairs / exhibitions / festivals / long weekends / Christmas and New Year period. Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
• We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.
• Confirmation of the booking to Tailorfly.com staff either verbally or in writing will automatically imply full acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned in our email earlier.
